About the Role:
Celigo is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join its global team. This is not just a configuration role — the position requires someone who can actively engage stakeholders, understand business needs, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions with a focus on collaboration, documentation, and DevOps best practices. You’ll work closely with teams across time zones, ensuring changes are predictable, well-documented, and in line with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions using Apex (Triggers, Classes, Test Classes).
- Build dynamic user interfaces with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Develop and optimize Batch Apex and Scheduled Apex for large data processing.
- Understand Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
Configuration & Maintenance:
- Manage custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows, workflows, Lightning pages, and layouts.
- Handle user profiles, roles, permission sets, and access controls.
- Perform sandbox refreshes and manage Salesforce updates.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Gather requirements, understand business context, and design scalable solutions.
- Work with other admins and developers for peer reviews and stable deployments.
Change Management & DevOps:
- Use Gearset, Jira, and Asana for version control, deployments, and task management.
Data & Process Management:
- Import/export data while maintaining integrity.
- Build dashboards, reports, and automate workflows to improve efficiency.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:
- Maintain detailed system documentation.
- Support team onboarding, audits, and incident response.
Key Technical Skills:
Salesforce Administration, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Batch Apex, Scheduled Apex, REST API, SOAP API, Salesforce Configuration, Salesforce Security Model, Gearset, Jira, Asana, Automation Tools (Flows, Workflows, Validation Rules), Dashboards & Reports, Sandbox Management
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of Salesforce Administration experience (Sales and/or Service Cloud).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, security, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Gearset, Jira, and Asana (or similar tools).
- Strong English communication skills for cross-time zone collaboration.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and independent work capability.
- Project management and stakeholder engagement experience.
Preferred:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (or higher).
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Knowledge of integration platforms or middleware tools.
- Experience in CPQ and Revenue Operations processes.
- Basic Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).
